    Hi there.
I have found a real love for running. Have been doing it for about 3 months now, but only in normal Nike trainers. Now I’m starting to up my distance I’m starting to get pain in my left leg and knee. Think its time to get some proper running shoes. Could I pop in for fitting and advice?
    Many thanks 🙂

    Hi Becky
It does sound as if you’d benefit from calling into us!
Please bring your current shoes so we can look them over for signs of wear as this will help us to assess your running style. It will also help if you wear something you’re comfortable to run in, although we’re only talking spending a minute or two on the treadmill at the most!
There’s no need to book to have video gait analysis done, although we can get quite busy over a Saturday lunchtime, which could mean waiting a while to be served.
We look forward to seeing you shortly,
    Kind regards,
    Simon and Jo
